Clusters are collections of worlds or territories that are all in a similar segment of the multiverse. Additionally, the clusters are made up of worlds that are very similar to one another or are even from the same universe originally. In-character, although the clusters have existed since the creation of the multiverse, they have not been named or mapped until the end of Terra Stabilization. Out-of-character, the cluster system replaced the original system of simply organizing territories based on game origin.
